At the age of 17, he began an internship for KSJM 107.9 Jamz. As his craft gained attention, DJ Richy started mixing for clubs and venues. Three months after becoming an employee, he became the weekend jock for 107.9 Jamz. Still doing events and clubs DJ Richy kept working his craft. A year later, his gifts for drawing crowds at venues and mixing abilities helped him obtain a new position as the night jock for KDGS Power 93.9.

“Expanding horizons creates more opportunities,” DJ Richy plays a vast variety of genres ranging from; 70’s funk, electro & house, 80′s pop to 90’s Hip-Hop all blended into today’s music. “One of the most important rules as a DJ is to please the crowd!
