Unload directly to the Garden – Access gate is located on Harwood (between Klyde Warren Park and Ross Ave), the best physical address is 1988 North Harwood Street. Please call / text Abby or Natalie when you arrive. After you have loaded in and soundchecked, please move your vehicle to the Trammell Crow Center garage. Here is a link to a load-in map and instructions.
** Load-in through the main museum entrance will not be allowed **
Stage is outdoors in the Garden
Parking validation for Trammell Crow Center parking garage provided.
Green Room is inside the Nasher. Snacks and non-alc beverages provided.
3 vouchers per band member for cafe and bars provided (you can get these from Abby/Devin).
Food and beverage not permitted inside the museum galleries.
