Parking/load-in instructions: Load in at Valet, where they will be given a bell cart to transport equipment to the appropriate area.
Artist will need to stop at the Welcome Desk to get a key. This will allow them to use the guest elevators to go up to Floor 16
Load-in time: 12:15pm
Set time: 1pm-6pm
*no tip jar allowed but DJs can accept tips*
Hospitality: $50 bar tab
PA: There will be a a speaker and connections to the house sound system.
On-site contact: check-in with the bar or ask for the manager on duty
*There are residents that live above the WET Deck pool. They are very sensitive to the volume. Please keep decibels to about 70 and take direction from bar staff and mgmt regarding volume.*
